Lemon-Thyme Roasted Striped Bass with champagne chive reduction, mediterranean vegetable stack, and fingerling potatoes
Bison Bistro Tenderloin with charred broccolini, roasted fingerling rosemary potatoes, and tomato demi
Risotto-Style Farro with baby beets and carrots, smoked tomato sauce, corn, soya beans, and sweet pea purée
The success of our Gala relies entirely on your contributions in advance — no auctions, raffles, or requests for donations will interrupt this special event. Instead, each entry ticket includes a meaningful donation in support of your Santa Fe Desert Chorale. Thank you for your consideration and generosity.
Star Ticket: $650 (includes a donation of $400 and one Gala entry)
Comet Ticket: $1,000 (includes a donation of $750 and one Gala entry)
Nebula Ticket: $1,500 (includes a donation of $1,250 and one Gala entry)
Galaxy Ticket: $2,500 (includes a donation of $2,250 and one Gala entry)
Cosmos Ticket: $3,500 (includes a donation of $3,250 and one Gala entry)
Tickets of different levels may be purchased together. Additional contributions are greatly appreciated. The fair market value of each ticket is $250.
